By renting equipment from Hooked on Lofoten, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for the rented equipment during the entire rental period. Equipment must be used appropriately and returned in the same condition as it was received.

2. Deposit and Payment
A deposit may be required upon rental, either as a separate fee or as a pre-authorization on your card. The full rental fee must be paid before or at the time of pickup.

3. Damage, Loss, or Theft
In case of damage beyond normal wear and tear, loss, or theft of the equipment, the renter is financially liable and may be charged for repair or replacement costs. The amount will be determined by Hooked on Lofoten based on the extent of the damage or the market value of the item.

4. Use at Own Risk
All equipment is rented at your own risk. Hooked on Lofoten is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of rented equipment.

5. Return Policy
All items must be returned at the agreed time. Late returns may be subject to an additional fee. Equipment returned wet, dirty, or in poor condition may also incur a cleaning or maintenance charge.

6. Cancellation
Please notify us as soon as possible in case of cancellation. Refunds may be granted depending on timing and circumstances.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the rental, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
