The Summit Table

A private mountain day ending at the water's edge

Your private guide leads you into the Lofoten mountains to a carefully selected summit or viewpoint, where a beautifully prepared lunch awaits.

Enjoy local ingredients, champagne and time to simply stay, surrounded by mountains and sea. After the hike, a private portable sauna can be set up by the water – step into the heat, take a cold sea dip and finish the day with refreshments by the shore.

The Lofoten Sea-to-Table

Trollfjord, Skrova, fishing and a private dinner from the sea

Set out by private boat for a day shaped by the sea – explore Trollfjord and Skrova, look for sea eagles and stop to fish along the way.

Later, your catch becomes the centre of a private multi-course dinner created by a chef using local and seasonal ingredients. Dine privately by the water, in a restaurant or, when conditions allow, at a remote location reached by boat.

A fantastic experience with Hooked on Lofoten! We had five people on the boat, and the guide was absolutely great. Even though the fishing season is quite challenging right now, I managed to catch three large cod and several saithe. A really wonderful extra service at the end: the guide professionally gutted and cleaned the catch, so I was able to take the fish with me perfectly prepared to eat. Highly recommended!

He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and humorous and cooked us some fantastic fresh fish burgers for lunch. Would highly recommend this to anyone, whether beginner or more experienced! Erland is an incredibly knowledgeable guy with bags of humour too - ask about his fish butchery! We got a unique experience that we won’t forget in a hurry. Top class, would recommend to anyone in Lofoten (and although not included, the sauna and dip in the sea after was the cherry on the top!). Vi var heldig med været og alle sammen fikk flere fisker hver. Vi matet havørn med de minste fiskene, før vi dro inn til kai hvor Erlend viste oss hvordan man sløyer fisken. Talkative in a good and relaxed way and was both joking and telling anecdotes. After the fishing trip he instructed us how to take care of every part of the fish and cut up the fish for us. We also had the Hooked and cooked experience were Erland instructs the chef how he should serve every bit of the fish, and the chef at Nyvågar was incredible in making Erlands vision come to life. I wish we’d found them sooner because this was by far our favorite experience in Lofoten. Erland was very genuine and knowledgeable, let us know what to expect, and was very kind and accommodating with our 4yo— even setting up a child’s fishing rod for him to use. They’re also nice, respectful guys who felt like an extension of our group and were able to adapt to our needs easily- making for an even more enjoyable trip. Would book again if I’m ever lucky enough to be back in Lofoten ;)
